Parallel is a strategic, competitive sci-fi trading card game  that invites players into a futuristic universe where they can engage in intense deck-building and battles. The game features a compelling mix of strategy and narrative, set against the backdrop of a post-cataclysmic solar system.

The World of Parallel

After a cataclysmic event known as The Priming, humanity is divided into five distinct civilizations, each evolving uniquely within the solar system. These include the militaristic and opportunistic Marcolian of Mars, the nomadic Augencore among the asteroids, the cloning-oriented Kathari of Europa, the mystical Shroud followers of The Great One, and the harmoniously evolved Earthen on Earth. As these civilizations converge on Earth, now a critical energy hub, a complex tale of survival, identity, and power unfolds.

Gameplay Mechanics

In Parallel TCG, players represent one of the Parallel factions in 1v1 turn-based battles. The main goal is to deplete the opponent’s Health to zero. Players must strategically construct their decks with 40 specific and Universal cards, including Units, Effects, Relics, and Upgrades. Each deck is led by a Paragon, who offers unique abilities. The innovative Energy Banking mechanic is essential for card play, demanding mastery over energy management and strategic adaptability.

Economic System and Blockchain Integration

The game uniquely incorporates blockchain technology through its dual-currency system involving Glints and $PRIME. Glints serve as the in-game currency for purchasing non-NFT items, while $PRIME, a central token in the Echelon ecosystem, facilitates card replication, elite tournament entries, and other activities. Players can earn $PRIME by incorporating NFTs in their decks, which enhances gameplay and offers additional rewards. This blend of traditional and blockchain gaming aims to attract a broad audience, from web3 enthusiasts to conventional players, promoting a deep engagement with the game’s innovative features.
