Shatterline is an intense multiplayer FPS combining roguelike co-op PvE modes with competitive PvP gameplay. Story

In the year 2028, Earth is under siege by the Crystalline, a cosmic super-organism transforming life forms into its own image. Amidst the chaos, the Strafe Witnesses seek to harness this alien force for their evolution, while Shellguard, an immune faction, stands against them to protect humanity from extinction.

Gameplay

Shatterline offers fast-paced first-person shooter gameplay across multiple modes. Players can engage in Expedition, a roguelike co-op PvE mode, or dive into competitive PvP modes such as Team Deathmatch, Conquest, and Plant the Bomb. Eight unique operatives with distinct abilities and a customizable arsenal of over 25 weapons ensure strategic diversity. Players can enhance their experience by leveling up operatives and upgrading weapons through consistent play.

Economy

The game uses a dual in game currency system. Credits are earned through gameplay to unlock weapons, attachments, and cosmetics, while Coins, a premium currency, can be purchased for Battle Pass access and additional cosmetic items. Shatterline also incorporates optional blockchain elements, enabling players to trade NFTs for unique items and engage with a decentralized economy without impacting core gameplay.

Shatterline features optional blockchain integration, allowing players to earn Engrams from leaderboards to unlock HV-MTL Points, Keys, and Ascension Materials. These items can be traded in the Faraway Shop or used to upgrade HV-MTL NFTs, which serve as companions in Expedition Mode. Leaderboard prizes are paid in USDC via smart contracts, ensuring fast payouts, while NFTs and items can be traded on platforms like Magic Eden and OpenSea.
