Editor’s Take

Infinity Rising is more than a name change. The team behind Cornucopias has rebuilt its identity, its token economy, and its technical infrastructure. The new brand unites the same world and developers under a multiverse vision where Cornucopias becomes a nation inside a wider universe.

The rebrand also introduces the RISE token, a redesigned currency that reduces supply, restructures rewards, and prepares the project for early access releases on Steam and Epic Games Store in early 2026. It is a step toward sustainability and broader accessibility while keeping the world, team, and community intact.

What’s Actually Happening

  • Rebrand: Cornucopias is now called Infinity Rising. Cornucopias remains a major nation within the new multiverse.
  • New Token: The RISE token will replace COPI as the project’s ecosystem currency. Conversion is one-to-one.
  • Migration Timeline: The transition begins November 13 2025 at 15:00 UTC when COPI trading pauses and migration sites open. RISE trading starts at 16:00 UTC.
  • Chains and Contracts: Migration contracts are published for Ethereum (primary), Base, Cardano, and BSC.
  • Security Reminder: The studio states that official migration links will be released only through verified channels. Until then, users should not trade or claim any RISE tokens elsewhere.
  • Roadmap: The studio targets Alpha in early 2026, with Steam and Epic listings already in preparation.

Why This Is More Than Just an Update

The New Tokenomics. What’s Changing

  • Total token supply decreases from 3.84 billion COPI to 3 billion RISE.
  • The Community Rewards pool falls from 1.75 billion to 965 million, divided into Gameplay Rewards (724.1 M) and Node Rewards (241.4 M).
  • Team allocation drops from 921.6 M to 821.6 M.
  • Liquidity rises to 164.6 M, reserved for top-tier exchanges.

The team states that this rebalancing ties emissions to real in-game demand and player growth, replacing the inflated reward systems of earlier play-to-earn models. The distribution is governed by a new Daily Rewards Index linked to revenue generation and player participation.

Acknowledging the Past Cycle

The announcement references the speculative nature of the last bull run and early blockchain games such as Axie Infinity, The Sandbox, and Decentraland. It argues that Infinity Rising’s structure focuses on fun and sustainability instead of token hype or asset flipping.

Mainstream Access and the Infinity Wallet

The studio is building the Infinity Wallet in partnership with DFNS. Features confirmed in the post include:

  • Multi-chain non-custodial setup with email or SSO login and no seed phrase.
  • Auto-provisioned Cardano and Base addresses.
  • Support for credit card payments (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay under development).
  • Cross-chain trading for marketplace assets.
  • RISE purchase rewards, granting higher returns for payments in RISE and smaller ones for other currencies.

The wallet will also connect to a player dashboard for tracking rewards and purchases.

Rewards and Assets

The new Player-Owned Asset rewards expand beyond land staking. All player assets now generate two forms of benefits:

  • In-game resource drops.
  • Infinity multipliers that scale rewards with ownership and activity.

A new Rewards Kiosk will let players claim these benefits. Seasonal adjustments will keep the system aligned with current gameplay events.

The upcoming Asset Synthesize Portal will allow conversion of selected in-game items into player-owned assets using Infinity points and a small RISE fee.

Gameplay Roadmap

The blog lists the following content as already available or in testing:

  • October 30 – 25 percent.
  • November 6 – 0 percent.

Official migration platforms are Chainport (EVM) and VyFi (Cardano). Users are instructed to wait for verified links before acting.

Our Verdict

Infinity Rising’s rebrand appears well-timed and grounded in practical improvements. The token supply reduction, reward restructuring, and planned liquidity increase address clear weaknesses from earlier cycles. The Infinity Wallet lowers barriers for new players, while the content roadmap suggests real progress toward a playable MMO.

Execution will determine whether these plans translate into a thriving economy, but the fundamentals show a project maturing beyond speculation toward sustained gameplay and value creation.
