Introduction

LOL Land is a casual, Monopoly-style board game from YGG Play, running on the Abstract blockchain and playable in any browser on desktop or mobile. Players roll dice across themed boards, including Pudgy Penguins’ Ice World Wonderland and the Gigaverse-built Gigaland, in free or wallet-connected play. On July 6, 2026, Yield Guild Games said LOL Land will be retired as part of the YGG Play sunset, with the transition complete by August 1, 2026.

Lol Land Intro

Setting

LOL Land’s boards are themed rather than tied to one story. YGG City, Beach Day, Carnival, Garden of Zen, Pirate Cove, and Parkside Story each apply a different visual motif to the same board format. Ice World Wonderland uses Pudgy Penguins characters, Pengu Wonderland is an Asia-inspired variant, and Gigaland is a crossover board built with Gigaverse where players take on the dungeon’s final boss. There is no overarching narrative.

Gameplay

The core loop is simple: roll dice, move across a themed board, and land on tiles that trigger rewards, bonuses, or point multipliers while climbing a leaderboard. Free mode gives unlimited rolls with no wallet needed, while connecting a wallet unlocks premium rolls, NFT characters, and eligibility for token rewards. VIP staking layers on top: players lock tokens in a vault to reach one of ten tiers, with the tier set by a 7-day average stake and higher tiers unlocking roll bonuses and higher reward multipliers.

  • Free and premium modes run side by side, so wallet-free players and token holders use the same boards.
  • VIP staking tiers scale rewards from Bronze to Diamond based on a rolling 7-day average stake.
  • New boards and collaborations, such as the Gigaverse-built Gigaland, add variety without changing the core dice mechanic.

Economy

$LOL is the game’s in-game utility and reward token, with a total supply of 5 billion. Players earn points and Abstract XP through gameplay, which convert into $LOL and other rewards during scheduled Play-to-Airdrop seasons. Staking $LOL in the game’s vault sets a player’s VIP tier: ten levels from Bronze to Diamond, each raising reward multipliers and redemption limits based on a 7-day average staked balance. Character and board-related NFTs are listed on the game’s OpenSea collection on Abstract, and premium rolls purchased with a connected wallet feed back into the reward pool.

  • $LOL trades on Abstract-chain decentralized exchanges and is claimable from Launchpad contributions and Play-to-Airdrop seasons.
  • NFT characters and collectibles are listed on the game’s OpenSea collection rather than a proprietary marketplace.
