The Six Dragons

Introduction

The Six Dragons is a free-to-play open-world fantasy RPG by BlockPegnio, available in Early Access for Windows through the Epic Games Store. Players adventure largely alone, while shared Rift bosses, guilds, and a player marketplace connect progress across separate worlds. Optional blockchain features currently support Enjin and Immutable.

Lore

Nemberus was once peaceful until the Dark One unleashed a curse that warped the land and gave rise to six guardian dragons: Tentalus, Daraeth, Nubilum, Qiris, Chievron, and Nargaroth. The creatures devastated regions of the realm and trapped people as spirits. As earlier warriors failed to stop them, hope shifted to a well-equipped hero emerging from the wilderness. The player takes that role, hunting each dragon to weaken the curse. Defeated dragons yield dragon souls, which unlock abilities and improve weapons and armor.

Gameplay

The core loop combines real-time combat, open-world exploration, resource gathering, dungeon runs, and gear progression. Players can follow the Open World path now, while Story Mode remains part of the tentative roadmap.

• Class building: Combine abilities from Warrior, Wizard, and Cleric trees instead of choosing a fixed class.
• Crafting risk: Gather materials for weapons, armor, and jewels, then enchant equipment with scrolls that can improve or break an item.
• Shared encounters: Tile progress can open Rift portals, where players fight separate versions of a boss whose health and contribution leaderboard are shared.

Economy

The game can be played without a wallet or blockchain interaction. Gold supports the in-game Trading Post for materials, while players who opt into blockchain features can turn crafted weapons and armor into NFT items on Enjin or Immutable. The Blacksmith Service lets recipe owners make their knowledge available to other players, who use those recipes to craft tokenized equipment and provide cryptocurrency rewards to the owner.
