Voxies

Introduction

Voxies is a blockchain gaming ecosystem from AlwaysGeeky Games, built around blocky voxel characters and set in a shared world called the Voxiverse. It spans two titles: Voxie Tactics, a free-to-play turn-based tactical RPG playable in the browser, on Windows, and on iOS and Android, and Voxie Survivor, a single-player roguelite heading to Steam. Voxie Tactics runs on the VOXEL token and Voxies NFTs, while Voxie Survivor extends the same universe into fast survival runs.

Setting

Both games share the Voxiverse, a blocky world of ancient ruins, monster-filled wilds, and fallen kingdoms that players piece together through questing. Voxie Tactics frames much of its solo play around exploring that history, with narrative content such as the Tales from Stumpton quests filling in local lore. Voxie Survivor drops players into the same universe under siege, pitting them against swarming monsters and apex bosses across survival runs.

Gameplay

The ecosystem pairs two very different games under one voxel art style: a methodical tactics RPG and a fast roguelite survival game.

Voxie Tactics

Battles play out on grid-based maps where you move a team of voxel characters, manage positioning and attack ranges, and win by wiping out enemy units or clearing objectives. Character classes bring distinct skills, and play splits between PvE exploration and competitive PvP arenas.

• Exploration mode: PvE quests, puzzles, and AI battles that unlock lore and rewards, extended by the browser-based Voxie Quests.
• PvP arenas: Draft Mode fields pre-set units, while Extreme Arena uses NFT-owned Voxies.
• Titan Arena: a Risk-to-Earn mode on Immutable where players bid into pools and deploy Titan units for larger payouts.

Voxie Survivor

Voxie Survivor is a single-player bullet-heaven roguelite: you break monster swarms, hold rescue missions, and take down apex bosses while stacking weapon combos, then carry permanent upgrades between runs. It leans on procedural generation and Steam Deck support, with a demo available ahead of a planned Q3 2026 launch.

Economy

The Voxies economy runs on tradable NFTs and a utility token that circulate through Voxie Tactics. The VOXEL token, a Polygon asset capped at 300 million, handles rewards and in-game purchases, while Voxite serves as a secondary in-game currency. Voxies NFTs cover characters, weapons, and armor that players can rent, upgrade, or trade.

• Earning: PvP wins, quest completions, and Titan Arena Risk-to-Earn pools pay out VOXEL.
• Spending: consumables, arena entry fees, and NFT upgrades at the Arcanist’s Forge.
• Trading: Voxies assets change hands on the official marketplace and on OpenSea.
