Synergy reworks: Phantom now steals energy on its first hit; Bloom, Revenant, and Templar receive durability and power buffs
Weapons and augments adjusted with buffs to Tempest Lance and Earthgrasp Sceptre and a balance pass on overperforming amplifiers
