Shrapnel has published a four-week Early Access roadmap for the Sacrifice Zone, starting with the Tokyo 2043 map and an initial roster of two operators, five weapons, and skill-based matchmaking. Each subsequent week adds new operators, abilities, and weapons, with the fourth week marking the launch of the first Operator Battlepass, a progression reset, and reward distribution.
What is Planned
- Week One launches the Tokyo 2043 (Dusk) map alongside two operators, Swan and Index, with two abilities, five weapons, one throwable, weapon skin equips, and skill-based matchmaking.
- Week Two adds two new operators, Stonewall and Phantom, two new abilities, one new weapon, and introduces progression testing capped at Rank 1 Level 20, along with a leaderboard reset.
- Week Three adds one new operator, Mother, one new ability, two new weapons, and a new throwable called the Sigma Grenade, alongside another leaderboard reset.
- Week Four launches the first Operator Battlepass and includes a progression reset with reward distribution, operator reconditioning, and a leaderboard reset.
- Weeks Two, Three, and Four each include unspecified new features marked as redacted in the roadmap.
Dates and Rollout
- The roadmap was posted on March 12, 2026 and covers four consecutive weeks of content updates.
- Each week’s content builds on the previous week’s additions.
Numbers and Rules
- Progression testing in Week Two is capped at Rank 1, Level 20.
- Leaderboard resets occur at the end of Weeks Two, Three, and Four.
