Splinterlands has introduced a major revamp to Survival Mode Season 4 along with the new Eggstravaganza seasonal event for the first season of April. The changes include a new GLINT-based reward system and several gameplay adjustments.
Whats Happening
- Survival Mode Season 4 now uses a new GLINT-based reward structure after pausing SPS rewards.
- Leaderboard GLINT rewards have been added for every bracket, with each bracket receiving a set reward pool.
- A new reward card is available for players with at least a 50% win rate, and additional copies are awarded to top leaderboard finishers.
- Players with 50 or more wins receive 25 Ranked Draw tokens.
- Top 25 players in each bracket earn entry into the Champions Cup tournament.
- The total Glint reward pool for the season is 40 million.
- New Eggstravaganza-themed skins and avatar items are now available in the shop.
- Special ruleset Eggceleration grants all units +1 to all stats at the end of each round when active.
Additional Gameplay Updates
- New ruleset Pandemonium places all units in a random position at the start of battle when active.
- Junior Varsity mana cap is now limited to 42.
- Mana restrictions now apply to tournaments and brawls.
- Two new land craftable cards have been added, each with a maximum supply of 60,000 copies. Craftable skins are also available.
- The ninth and final Conclave Arcana Conflict card, Dragonlord Mancer (Legendary Dragon Archon), is on the way.
Other Updates and Fixes
- Coinbase Commerce has been discontinued and all Coinbase payment options disabled for now.
- Splintervibes are now automatically enabled when obtained via shop or chests.
- Various bug fixes including incorrect ability hover displays, Guild Library issues, and added security improvements.
