Splinterlands has introduced several updates as of February 3, 2026. A significant change is the default credit purchases now including the Veteran bonus package, which persists in local browser cache. Additionally, a new Escalation page is featured in the shop, with a countdown to next week’s prerelease. The update also brings several gameplay and interface enhancements, such as updated descriptions for the ‘Hey Jealousy’ ability allowing melee attacks from any position, and a refined How To Play page with separate tabs for Abilities and Modifiers. The addition of a purchase history page in the Avatar Shop and improvements to the Hive Keychain mobile behavior are also noteworthy.
