Axie Infinity launches Season 17 of Origins with an 80K bAXS prize pool, the first season where all rewards are distributed in bAXS — the non-transferable utility token backed 1:1 by AXS.

What Happening

  • Origins S17 is LIVE with the Rare Era starting immediately and Elite 4 format carrying over from S16.
  • Rewards shift to bAXS for the entire season.
  • New competitive integrity checks run after every era with permanent bans for multi-accounting.

  • 80K bAXS prize pool shared among top 2,000 players (Rare Era alone: 20K bAXS).
  • 10K bAXS Collectible Chest prize pool for holders finishing Rare Era at Tiger rank or higher while holding their Collectible Axie.
  • Era rewards held until integrity checks complete; bAXS used for breeding, ascending, evolving, and staking.
