RavenQuest‘s Rise of Tyrants expansion is now live. The update introduces a rotating endgame Tyrant boss system with five unique bosses, each in its own domain requiring a group of five players with Legacy Level 80 or higher. It also includes major reworks to Rangers Company, Pet Awakening, Shiny RavenCards, the Adventure Journal, and the Munk Carnival.
What Changed
- A new Tyrant System adds five rotating endgame bosses with unique mechanics and escalating Sigil difficulties.
- Rangers Company tasks have been redesigned to a kill count-based system with a new global auto-balancing mechanic.
- Pet Awakening allows players to permanently add one Tyrant Seal to every transmutation reward by using an Awakening Scroll on an equipped pet.
- Shiny RavenCards are introduced as the new highest tier, upgraded from Legendary RavenCards using silver and Shiny Sleeves obtained from Tyrant encounters.
- The Adventure Journal has been expanded with new tabs for Creature Trophies and Relics.
- The Munk Carnival has been expanded with a new Munkjack mini-game, a Lucky Wheel Milestones reward system, and a new Munk Luck pity mechanic that gradually increases Legendary Pet pull rates over time.
- The Infamy System cap has been raised from 5000 to 6000 with updated penalty scaling.
Dates and Rollout
- Rise of Tyrants launched on May 23, 2026.
- The first Tyrant became available on May 24, 2026. One Tyrant awakens per week on Sundays.
Numbers and Rules
- Tyrant Domains require Legacy Level 80 and a group of five players. Each Tyrant can be challenged up to three times per week.
- Rangers Company Prestige Point rewards have been doubled across all task lengths.
- Bounty Charge regeneration is now slower: 1 charge every 12 hours for Free Accounts and every 6 hours for Patron Accounts.
- Task sharing is now limited to 10 different players per shared task.
